Kirsty deals with all aspects
of Commercial and Residential Property work,
particularly high value leasehold properties.
She also advises on enfranchisement and lease
extensions with particular experience of the
major London Landlords.
The emphasis of her
commercial work has been within the restaurant
and pub industry including licence transfer in
accordance with the 2004 Act.
Kirsty also conducts
teaching seminars for estate agents on
Leases and Lease extension, and has a
close working relation with many of the
central London agents and property finders.
Kirsty was admitted as a
Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and
Wales in 2002.
