Krista undertakes all aspects
of Residential and Commercial Property work and
deals with secured lending transactions for
major banks. Her Residential Property work
involves high value freehold and leasehold
properties in London and elsewhere.
Krista's Commercial
Property experience has focused on the grant of
business tenancies, assignments and renewals and
landlord and tenant work generally. She has
gained particular experience in making
applications under the Licensing Act 2003 for
Premises and Personal Licences for Pubs, Clubs
and Restaurants.
