Michelle deals primarily with
Residential Property work, acting on behalf of
individuals and companies. Her work
includes complex and high-value transactions
involving leasehold, freehold and new-build
properties.
Michelle is experienced in
dealing with transfers of equity, remortgages,
unregistered land, residential tenancies and
co-ownership agreements. She advises on
leasehold matters, including lease extensions,
licences for alterations and
enfranchisement. She also acts on behalf
of banks in secured lending
transactions.
Michelle qualified as a
solicitor in 2004.
